The Town Clerk performs managerial and professional duties in planning, organizing and directing the financial activities of the Town; serves as the Town Clerk for the Boonville Council and performs administrative tasks for the Mayor and other Town Council Members. Additional duties and responsibilities include those typically performed by Payroll Technician and Human Resources Officer.

The Town Administrator is the chief administrative officer of the Town. The position is responsible to the Mayor and Board of Commissioners for administering all municipal affairs placed in his/her charge by the Town Board of Commissioners.  Additional duties includes overseeing all economic development matters regarding the Town of Boonville, Zoning and Code Enforcement Officer, Budget Officer, Deputy Finance Officer, Personnel Officer, and Project Manager.

Performs a variety of general and fiscal clerical duties in the Town’s Administrative office primarily responsible for the billing and collection of utility payments, collection of business/privilege license taxes. Other duties include customer service and answering the telephone providing general information.
